Eva feels fulfilled without having had children

Eva's fulfillment stems from her fiancé José's three children from a previous marriage. "They’ve been such a gift in my life. I don’t feel like we are lacking because we don’t have a baby," she shared. "We are fulfilled. If there is anything else to come, it would be icing on the cake."

The 40-year-old announced her engagement with a romantic photograph of the handsome couple kissing in a desert in Dubai, before jetting off to India where José got down on one knee in front of the Taj Mahal for another proposal.
