Adele is not a fan of US Presidential hopeful Donald Trump. The Someone Like You singer has said that the politician does not have her permission to use her music at rallies during his Presidential campaign.

Donald has angered a number of Adele fans after repeatedly playing her hit Rolling in the Deep at campaign events before he takes to the stage. The businessman also used her James Bond theme tune Skyfall when delivering a speech about America's future.

Adele has said Donald Trump doesn't have permission to use her music

He is not the only politician to use the 27-year-old's music to create a buzz ahead of their speeches. Mike Huckabee, Donald's rival for the Republican vote, also shared a cover of Adele's Hello on YouTube, changing lyrics to reference his rivals and campaign. However a claim from the copyright holder of the song means the audio on the video has been muted.

"Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning," a spokesperson for the singer told The Independent.

The Presidential hopeful has also been banned from using Aerosmith music

Donald has also been ordered to stop using the Aerosmith power ballad Dream On at campaign events. Attorneys for the band's frontman Steven Tyler sent a second cease and desist letter to Donald's campaign committee, saying he does "not have our client's permission to use Dream On" or any of the musician's other songs.

It "gives the false impression that he is connected with or endorses Mr Trump's presidential bid," the letter added.

Donald Trump is known to be an Adele fan and previously annoyed some of her fans when he "cut the line" to get to his seat at her performance at the Radio City Music Hall in November.
