Mark Wright said of marriage: "You know you're each other's forever and it's such a special feeling"

Mark, 29, and Michelle, 28, have been apart for three weeks. The actress is in South Africa filming her new BBC drama Our Girl and Mark is on his way to visit.

"I am so excited to go over," said Mark. "It's never easy being apart for so long, but it's been done before. I wouldn't say we have a rule but I don't think either of us would be happy leaving it longer than a month."

The couple are celebrating their first wedding anniversary next month. While Mark and Michelle have yet to make any plans, the Essex charmer said "there'll definitely be something special that we get up to".

Reflecting on marriage, Mark added: "People always say, 'Oh enjoy your dating days, they're the best.' And they're great, don't get me wrong, but being married tops it all. You know you're each other's forever and it's such a special feeling."
