Peter Andre left 'shaken' after earthquake in Greece

Peter Andre has admitted he was left "shaken" and a bit "freaked out" after he experienced an earthquake while in Greece. The singer had just arrived in the sunny country to film his brand new show A Greek Odyssey, but it sounds like he had an unwelcome surprise on his first night.

"Bit shaken up after last night's earthquake," he wrote on Instagram. "Freaked me out TBH But full of energy today.....and coffee."

The dad-of-three, who is expecting his second baby with his wife Emily MacDonagh, struck a pose in the group photo, grinning and showing that he was back to his normal happy self.

Peter also shared a selfie with his fellow cast and crew members, writing: "Some of the Greek Odyssey team Let's do this." He followed it up with the traditional Greek greeting "Yiassas" which literally means "Be happy".

It's not clear whether Peter has brought his family on the work trip. He and his 27-year-old wife Emily have a two-year-old daughter Amelia. Peter also has two children Junior and Princess from his previous marriage.

Earlier this summer Emily had to drop out of a family holiday to Florida, due to fears over the Zika virus.

Writing in his weekly column for new! magazine, Peter, 43, explained: "Unfortunately, Emily couldn't come with us because the CDC (the Centre for Disease Control and Protection) issued a travel warning advising pregnant women not to travel to Florida as the Zika virus is actively circulating there.

"Although Ems was gutted, it worked out quite well as she doesn't like leaving Mills and they got to enjoy some quality time together."

While Peter and the children were away, Emily, a qualified doctor, was overseeing the move into their new family home in East Grinstead, West Sussex – a mansion formerly owned by Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise.

The couple, who announced their pregnancy in May, are expecting their new arrival some time in December.
