Congratulations to Jeff Brazier and Kate Dwyer on their engagement! The happy couple have been together for four years and as HELLO! has exclusively revealed, they now plan to marry.

Kate will become step-mum to Jeff’s children Bobby, 14, and Freddie, 13, who he has cared for as a single parent since the death of their mother Jade Goody in 2009. Now Jeff has found love again and the family are excited about the upcoming wedding.

Here we take a look back at Jeff and Kate’s romance…

Back in 2015, Jeff Brazier told HELLO! that he’s "really grateful" to have met Kate when he did. He said: "We're really happy and I feel like Kate is just everything that I could possibly want in a partner. She's the first opinion that I want to ask, and she's the first person that I want to tell my good news to and I just feel wonderfully grateful to have her.

"I feel really grateful to have met her at the time in my life that I did, because I think that's when I was probably more ready than I've ever been to have a great relationship with somebody."

In August this year, Jeff spoke to the Mirror Online about his relationship with Kate and hinted that a wedding is on the cards. He revealed: '[Marriage is] going to happen. I think we're working our way to it. What's going to be exciting to me is seeing the kids as older brothers, they'll be incredible.'

Jeff Brazier spoke to HELLO! recently about adding to his brood with Kate. He told us: "I dreamt we're having twins, I love the idea and have friends that have very cute twins and as a result I think that would be good for me," he said.

"She (Kate) just wants the one, she is an only child so that is all she knows so to have two of her own on top of my two, that are obviously part of her responsibility now. I think she feels that it might be a little bit too much for her to deal with."

Jeff has even thought of a name for a little girl, should he and Kate have children. "Yeah I think it's something that we would want to do," Jeff previously told HELLO! Online.

"I've always said I'd like to experience having a little girl because I've definitely experienced having little boys." Of a name, he said: "A little girl called Isabella – the name's there. Little Isabella, she's due to arrive at some stage but I don't really know when.

In 2016, Kate shared a sweet picture drawn by one of Jeff’s boys on Instagram, which depicts her and Jeff as superheroes.

She said: "I would be lying if I said that there isn't occasions when living full time with someone else's (teenage) children is both challenging and overwhelming," she wrote on Instagram. "But then one of them does something like this and it all makes sense."

Last week, Kate shared a photo of herself and Jeff on a night out in Ibiza together to mark their fourth wedding anniversary. “4 years,” she wrote with a heart emoji.

Kate shared another photo from their Ibiza holiday. The couple look the picture of happiness together. Kate wrote: “Could I be happier Than I am right now at Kisstory with my boy. Nah..”
