Straight from Chelsea’s fashionable Ghost Inc bar, this delicious cocktail is an Easter treat with a naughty side. The clever mixologists at the bar have managed to capture the flavour of a Cadbury’s Cream Egg in a shot. In the establishment it is served in an edible chocolate shot glass which you can find online and from specialist suppliers – but a regular shot glass would be perfect.
Cream Egg shot (makes 6)
- 120ml cognac (the bar uses Martell Noblige Cognac)
- 1 egg yolk
- 20ml single cream
- 20ml butterscotch schnapps
- 20ml dark chocolate liqueur (the bar prefers Mozart Black Chocolate Liqueur)
Shake ingredients together in cocktail shaker and chill. Pour into six shot glasses and enjoy.
