An Englishman in Las Vegas

Michelin-starred chef Gordon Ramsay is heading to the Sin City to open his first Las Vegas restaurant. The chef’s restaurant will be called Gordon Ramsay Steak and will open in the famous Caesar’s Entertainment resort.

The restaurant will be more similar in style to his latest London venture, Bread Street Kitchen, than his eponymous Gordon Ramsay at Claridges, and will seat up to 274 diners at any one time. The design will reflect the Parisian theme of the resort.

Gordon Ramsay Steak will feature an exclusive beef aging program created by the chef himself and his culinary team and the menu will feature, alongside traditional steakhouse fare, some iconic British dishes such as fish and chips and shepherd’s pie.

The menu and restaurant will also pay homage to Ramsay’s time spent in Paris kitchens working under the likes of Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon.
