Of the original baker's dozen, just four female bakers remain in with a chance of being crowned Britain's Best Amateur Baker. The hopefuls are tasked with three French bakes on Tuesday night's episode.The signature challenge will see them make three different types of savoury canapé – from choux to shortcrust to rough puff – in just two-and-a-half hours.
