The actress-turned-fashion designer, who was rubbing shoulders with the likes of Kate Moss at London Fashion Week, manages the everyday stresses of her flourishing fashion career as she runs her own label, Frost French, while being mum to her four children with former husband Jude Law – all while remaining nourished and balanced and looking amazing aged 49.
And she has teamed up with her sister, personal trainer, actress and model Holly and food stylist, doula and chef Amber to come up with a tome that they promise will restore balance, serenity and complete well-being to your life.
BREAKFAST: poached eggs with cauliflower toasts, kale and dukkah
Amber, who was previously Sadie's private chef and has also cooked for Kate Moss and Gwyneth Paltrow, provides nutritional, balanced and above all, delicious seasonal recipes that will heal the immune system – think poached eggs with cauliflower toasts and healthy smoothies such as chia smoothie with raw chocolate and fresh raspberries, to chicken soup for the soul, cavalo nero with lemon and caramelised onions and almond and cocoa nib cookies.
LUNCH: Healthy chicken soup
Holly, meanwhile, shares her exercise and fitness tips, while Sadie reveals home beauty recipes that soothe the skin and yoga and meditation routines to still the mind.
The goal of London-based trio is to help with the stresses and strains of modern life, proving that with a well-nourished mind and body, happiness and contentment follow naturally.
DINNER: Spring courgetti with rocket flowers
Sadie, Holly and Amber say that their book is about "wisdom and good nourishment. It's about community and coming together to support each other to lead the happiest and best lives that we can, to feel that we have a few tricks up our sleeves and tools in our tool box so that, even when obstacles block our paths, we have the knowledge and support to get over them, around them or under them and back on track."
DESSERT: chia seeds pudding
