As for the afternoon pick-me-up – ingredients can include superfoods such as kale, spinach and blueberries as well as raspberries and blackberries, walnuts, banana, papaya and apple. She adds coconut milk for flavour and Greek yogurt for protein.Other tips that the soon-to-be second-time mother gives to her fans are on saving time – a key factor for any mum struggling to balance work and family. In one post the pretty brunette reveals that she cooks in batches. "I pounded 6 chicken breasts super thin and quickly fried them in refined coconut oil with some salt and pepper," she writes. She does the same so that she has a healthy snack at hand: "I also made another batch of edamame dip and a white bean puree dip so I have as much healthy, easy food in the fridge as possible to snack on. "As well as cooking plenty of healthy dishes herself, Milla has recently turned to her friend and fellow model Brighdie Noriega, the founder of the Sirona Cleanse, for the home delivery of fresh produce for vegan dishes and salads that are "so delicious, nutrient dense and totally balanced".One of her favourite ingredients of the moment is buckwheat, because it's "gluten free and has so many health benefits", and a grain Milla has used in a breakfast dish that you may not have heard of is millet, which she fries in refined coconut oil and serves with "berries in it, some almonds, coconut flakes and a little honey".
