Easter cocktail recipes you have to try – including our favourite mini egg tipple!

ABSOLUT MINI-EGG MARTINI

25 ml Marie Brizard Cacoa Brun

12.5 ml Absolut Vanilla

12.5 ml Bailey’s

50 ml Double Cream

Chocolate sauce for base of martini glass

Crushed mini eggs

Glass: Martini

Technique: Shake and Strain

Garnish: Crushed mini-eggs on top

Create chocolate swirl in martini glass. Build all ingredients (excluding Chocolate sauce) in 12oz. Shake vigorously and strain. Sprinkle crushed mini eggs on top.

SUGAR RUSH

125 ml Cranberry Juice

25 ml Elderflower cordial

3 Raspberries

3 Strawberries

3 Blackberries

Ice: Cubed

Technique: Muddle and shake

Garnish: Berries Muddle the fruits with the rest of the ingredients. Then shake and strain into a tall glass.

spring spritz

SPRING SPRITZ

25 ml Beefeater

12.5 ml Triple sec

12.5 ml Absolut Citron

15 ml Funkin Lime

5 ml Sugar Syrup

10 ml Elderflower Cordial

Top with soda

Glass: Wine

Ice: Cubed

Technique: Shake and strain

Garnish: Orange, lemon, lime wheel and raspberry Ice Glass, Build ingredients in 12oz, shake & strain. Top with soda. Garnish - Wheels (Orange lime & Lemon) and 1 raspberry.

SPRING IN YOUR STEP

25 ml Barcadi Oro

12.5 ml Absolut Rasp

12.5 ml Chambord

5 Raspberries

5 Mint Leaves

15 ml Funkin Lemon

50 ml Cranberry juice

Top with Ginger ale

Glass: Wine

Ice: Cubed

Technique: Shake and strain

Garnish: 1 Rasp, 1 mint Sprig Ice Glass, muddle rasps and mint. Build ingredients in 12oz - not ginger ale - shake & strain. Top with ginger ale.
