Christmas is still a few weeks away, but if you can't wait for that taste of roast turkey or pigs in blankets you're in luck, as many popular high street chains have already launched their festive menus in stores across the UK. From Christmas pudding smoothies and turkey sandwiches to gingerbread lattes and fudge hot chocolates, these treats will make the countdown to Christmas that bit sweeter. PAUL:

Visit your local PAUL for a gourmet taste of Christmas with one of their festive baguettes. The selection includes the Dinde de Noël, a sage and onion baguette filled with sliced turkey, smoky bacon and spinach, with cream cheese and horseradish, along with the new 'Cosy Christmas Pig Sandwich' and a limited-edition vegan offering: The Merry Veggie Sandwich. Better still, 1,000 Christmas sandwiches will be sold for just £1 from midday onwards at all PAUL shops on Tuesday 7 November to celebrate the launch.

Starbucks:

Head to Starbucks from 2 November to sample their festive drinks and famous Christmas cups. Along with favourites, like eggnog lattes and fudge hot chocolate, a new drink will be available for 2017 – a festive cold brew, which adds a touch of syrup and orange and cranberry pieces to the classic cold brew blend.

Costa

Costa:

There are several new additions to Costa's festive menu, which is available in stores from 2 November. Among the highlights are the Billionaire's Hot Chocolate, which includes layers of caramel sauce, fresh whipped cream and shortbread crumbs, and the Festive Frostinos iced drinks. The food has a festive update too, with the British turkey and bacon club sandwich and fun Rudolph cake among the Christmas selection.

Greggs

Greggs:

Greggs has got into the Christmas spirit with a range of festive flavours on offer, from mince pies and gingerbread muffins to Christmas lunch toasties and the famous Festive Bake – golden puff pastry filled with pieces of chicken breast, sage and onion stuffing, and sweetcure bacon in a sage and cranberry sauce. The full festive selection will be available from 9 November.

Marks and Spencer Christmas menu

M&S:

Wednesday 1 November marks the arrival of the hugely popular festive sandwich collection at M&S. The 2017 range sees the return of the Turkey Feast and Prawn Cocktail sandwiches, along with new additions such as a lobster and prawn thermidor brioche roll and the first festive vegan option – a Chestnut Roast wrap. Prices start at £1.50, with five per cent of each sale donated to Shelter.

Love Pigs in Blankets? You're going to want to get down to EAT, pronto! As well as selling a Pigs in Blankets Pot and Pigs in Blankets with mash and gravy, you can also get a Pigs in Blanket Roll. Other festive treats include a turkey, stuffing and crispy onions baguette and a vegan roasted butternut squash, seedy stuffing and slaw sandwich.
