- 150g/5oz (half a pack) Unibic Anzac Biscuits
- 50g/2oz walnut pieces
- 50g/2oz shredded coconut
- 100g/4oz butter, melted
- 700g/24oz canned apple pie filling
- 1 egg
- Double cream and cinnamon sugar to serve
Preheat the oven to 180°C, 350°F, Gas 4.
Place the biscuits in a food processor and whizz until crumbled. Transfer the crumbs into a mixing bowl and stir in the walnuts, coconut, melted butter and egg until well combined.
Spoon the apple into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle a thick layer of crumble over the apple, covering it completely.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve hot with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a dollop of double cream.
