Champagne cocktail

This works with cava too

Ingredients (Serves 1)
  • 1 white sugar cube
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 25ml/1fl oz brandy
  • Dry champagne, chilled, to top up

Place the sugar in the bottom of a champagne flute and moisten with the bitters. Add the brandy and top up with champagne. Serve immediately.
