Champagne and cassis cocktail

Sacré bleu! A British crème de cassis makes a change

Ingredients (Makes 2)

 

  • Jo Hilditch British Cassis
  • Chilled champagne


Chill 2 champagne flutes. Add a generous slurp of the blackcurrant crème de cassis to each, then top up with chilled champagne while mixing very gently with a cocktail stirrer.

Serve immediately.
