Strawberry and vanilla smoothie recipe

This creamy, fat-free, fruity smoothie is a fantastic way to start your day and boost your energy levels

Ingredients (Makes 2 glasses)

  • 200ml/7fl oz So Good Fat Free, chilled
  • 300g/11oz fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled, plus a few extra to decorate
  • 2 tbsp strawberry conserve
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and roughly chopped

Place all the ingredients in a liquidiser and whizz until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses, top with a few halved fresh strawberries and enjoy straight away.
