Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 50g/2oz porridge oats
- 300ml/1⁄2pt semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp English marmalade
- 2 tsp Cornish clotted cream
Place the porridge oats, milk and marmalade in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes, or according to the packet instructions.
Pour into a warm serving bowl and top with the clotted cream and a little extra marmalade to serve.
