- 200g/7oz Carnation Condensed Milk Light
- 275g/10oz fresh fruit such as strawberries, rinsed and hulled
- 100ml/4fl oz fruit juice – a red coloured juice such as cranberry or grape works well
- 40g/1½oz milk chocolate, broken into pieces (you can also use white chocolate)
- 2 tbsp sugar sprinkles
Put the condensed milk, fruit and fruit juice into a food processor and whizz until smooth. Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
To finish, melt the chocolate either in the microwave or in a bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water.
Unmould the lollies by dipping the tray briefly in hot water then dip each lolly in the melted chocolate and then into the sugar sprinkles. Serve immediately, or keep in the freezer for about a week.
