October 18, 2012 - 21:05 BST hellomagazine.com Berry Blast Porridge recipe by Rude Health Dish type: Breakfast Serves 2 Ingredients 100g of Rude Health Daily Oats Porridge 500ml milk or water Handful of strawberries quartered Handful of raspberries whole 100g redcurrants 50g caster sugar 1 orange juice and zestMethod 1. Destalk the redcurrants, place in a small saucepan with the sugar, orange zest and juice and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to cool slightly 2. Make the porridge by combining the oats and water (or milk if you prefer it creamier) into a pan 3. Bring to the boil slowly and simmer gently for 3 – 4 minutes, stirring occasionally 4. Divide the porridge into two bowls, spoon the redcurrant compote on top and add the strawberries and raspberries to finish 5. Enjoy
