Crunchy chocolate sweetie nests
Cute little nests filled with sweet treat chocolate beans for the prettiest of party food – they will disappear as fast as they are made!

Makes: 14-16
Preparation time: 20 minutes + 1 hour chilling

200g quality dark (or white) chocolate, broken into pieces
200g cornflakes, crushed finely
A little oil, for greasing
Sweet treats such as Jelly Beans to decorate

1. Gently heat the chocolate in a large bowl set over a saucepan of barely simmering water. Remove, stir and leave for 5 minutes. Meanwhile lighly oil 12-16 small patty or jam tart tins.

2. Stir the cornflake crumbs into the melted chocolate, mixing to coat really well. Spoon a little of the mix into each patty tin. Using the back of the spoon, press the chocolate crumbs into the base and side of the patty tin to form a nest. Once all the mixture has been used up, refrigerate the nests for 1 hour or until the chocolate has set.

3. Use the tip of a rounded knife to slip each nest out from the tin. Fill the nests with chocolate bean sweet treats.
