Seabass with garlic and ginger

Ingredients


1 whole sea bass, gutted and filleted
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1 bunch spring onions chopped length ways
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp low salt soy sauce

Method

1. Place fish on a sheet of foil and cover with spring onions, lemon juice and soy sauce.
2. Wrap the foil around the fish to make a parcel.
3. BBQ or cook in hot oven for about 20 mins.
4. Serve with boiled new potatoes and steamed green beans (just add in the extra calories).
