Antonia Kidman sets style standard with flowing train at TV bash

While it's normally big sister Nicole who makes headlines with her elegant red carpet style, Antonia Kidman was proving her own sartorial credentials at a television awards show in Australia on Sunday.

Arriving for the Logie Awards in her Melbourne hometown, Antonia was wearing a glamorous dusky pink gown with a vintage lace bodice and train by local talent Alex Perry.

And she was not the only one following the train trend. X-Factor beauty Dannii Minogue - who last month took part in The Great Walk To Beijing fundraiser with fellow Aussie Olivia Newton-John - chose a softly ruched and gathered affair for the glitzy event.

The big winner on the night, Home And Away actress Kate Ritchie, had also channelled the stylish trail look, opting for a floral-patterned, one-shouldered monochrome gown. The 29-year-old actress, who portrayed Sally Fletcher on the hit soap for 20 years, took home the most popular actress gong as well as the Gold Logie for most popular personality for the second year running.

Other guests on the night included Bindi Irwin, the daughter of late conservationist Steve Irwin, and her mum Terri. The nine-year-old picked up her first award - a most popular new female talent recognition for her TV show, Bindi: The Jungle Girl.

Also on hand were Irish pop band Westlife. About to kick off a promotional tour in Australia, the outfit performed their new single Something Right at the gala.
