Jonathan Rhys Meyers was among the A-list men who flocked to Paris last week to take in next season's hottest trends in menswear. Accompanied by his cosmetics heiress girlfriend Reena, The Tudors star - who's modelled for Versace in the past - joined fellow celebs including US rapper Kanye West and Olivier Martinez checking out the feminine take on men's fashion that ruled the pink-dominated runways.

Fuchsia brights were ubiquitous as big names including Dior and John Galliano blurred gender boundaries while also drawing inspiration from the glam-rock era. The London-raised design icon went for a typically bold approach, with one stand-out ensemble featuring a pink blazer with intricate bead detailing. Meanwhile metallic, high-sheen bomber jackets in pink and gold were a key feature at Dior.

Another key look for the fashion-forward male in 2009 will feature feminine fabrics. Jean Paul Gaultier experimented with crepe and silk and Givenchy showcased sheer shirts in different shades of pink.

Among those checking out the key looks in menswear for spring summer 2009 was The Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers. He was joined by pretty girlfriend Reena - who's heiress to cosmetics line Ruby & Millie
