Heidi Klum and Seal renew vows on beach in fancy dress

Heidi Klum and Seal made an eye-catching pair as they renewed their vows during a Malibu ceremony presided over by an Elvis impersonator. The bride wore a low-cut jumpsuit, braids in her hair and huge fake silver nails, while the groom arrived in cut-off denim shorts and an OTT mullet wig.

Guests at the bash – held at a beach home owned by a pal of the couple – included former Friends star Matthew Perry and Debra Messing. Other attendees had also donned fancy dress, including dungarees, bandannas, wigs, leopard-print outfits and leather jackets.

After the ceremony guests toasted the couple with Mexican beer before tucking into south of the border cuisine – a nod to the ceremony's intended location in Mexico, which was moved over concerns with swine flu. The reception took place on a patio decked out with inflatable pink flamingos and leopard-print balloons, with sounds of the Sixties playing in the background.

Heidi and the British singer have renewed their vows every year since wedding in 2005. "We love it. It's great saying your vows again," said the 46-year-old musician. "You remember who it was you fell in love with. It's also a good excuse to have a big party, and we have a different theme every year."

Seal recently revealed the couple are expecting a baby girl. They already have two sons, three-year-old Henry and Johan, two - and raise five-year-old daughter Leni, from Heidi's previous relationship with Italian Formula 1 boss Flavio Briatore.
