In her low-cut silk number the prime minister's wife was the talk of the ceremony - where Dannii Minogue triumphed
Since stepping into the limelight two years ago, Sarah Brown has refined her own elegant sense of style.
And after a series of demure outfits, the prime minister's wife is clearly keen to try something a bit more daring.
Stepping out at a magazine awards in London this week, Sarah was the talk of the ceremony in a revealing silk dress.
She paired the low-cut, olive green chiffon-over-silk gown by British designer Catherine Deane with a pair of LK Bennett shoes.
Finishing off the look was a gold cuff from London gift shop Oliver Bonas.
Sarah was on a panel of judges at the event, which honoured inspirational women. Another judge - X Factor's Danni Minogue was one of the night's big winners, taking home a gong for top TV personality of the year.
Other winners included pop newcomer Pixie Lott, and Girls Aloud band member Kimberley Walsh.
The singer - elegant in a white halter neck gown - was congratulated by Melanie Brown on being named 'Woman's Woman'.
