The appeal of an oversized white trouser suit has known no bounds over the last 12 months, with the likes of Princess Kate, Meghan Markle and Michelle Keegan all stepping out wearing the chic ensemble.
The latest celebrity to rock the look? High street queen Frankie Bridge. Sharing an Instagram video of summer fashion inspiration, the TV star looked incredible in a white wide-leg trouser suit from River Island’s premium brand, RI Studio.
The two-piece includes a white blazer with an oversized fit and subtle structured shoulder pads - the easiest way to make suiting look expensive. The matching trousers feature a high-waist, wide-leg cut and pleating.
Retailing at £75 and £50 respectively, they’re both currently available in sizes 6-18.
Frankie completed the look with equally oversized gold hoop earrings and her hair worn in effortless waves.
The beauty of these pieces is in their versatility, as they look just as good worn separately as they do together. Create multiple outfits by wearing the white blazer with your favourite straight-leg jeans and dress the trousers down with trainers and a tank top.
Frankie captioned her Instagram post: "It’s the season for hens/ weddings and events so here’s some of my fave pieces right now that I’ll be wearing to all of the above."
Also included in the video were a selection of midi dresses. Many have quickly sold out, but two pieces from Pretty Lavish are still available and would be stunning for a summer date night or as a wedding guest dress.
