All eyes were on Michelle Williams as she stepped out in a sultry ensemble for the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2016 Resort Collection show in Palm Springs on Wednesday. The 34-year-old showed off her incredible figure in the racy slip dress from creative director Nicolas Ghesquière's AW15 collection for the brand, which featured a plunging neckline, black panel detailing and a floral pattern.

The blonde bombshell toughened up her outfit with a pair of black patent ankle boots and wore no jewellery, letting the dress speak for itself. She wore her short bob down in a sleek and slightly tousled style, wearing almost no make-up save for a hint of eyeliner, blusher and pale pink lipstick for a fresh-faced look.

The Blue Valentine star shares a close relationship with Louis Vuitton and has starred in three campaigns in a row for the French fashion house, so it comes as no surprise that she took to the front row to support their latest collection. The American beauty also caught up with fellow brand ambassador and style icon Catherine Deneuve, as well as mingling with stars including Selena Gomez, Miranda Kerr and Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel.

Michelle's latest campaign for Louis Vuitton saw her channelling retro chic in a series of images shot by renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh. Posing with the brand's Capucine and Lockit bags in pastel shades, Michelle channelled the 1960s with a short platinum haircut, and a pastel dress teamed with a white turtleneck jumper.

"The resulting series of portraits hints at the woman behind the actress," read a statement from the label. "Revealing the intriguing balance of force and fragility that made Michelle Williams such a compelling choice as the face of Louis Vuitton."

Before becoming a spokesperson for the brand, Michelle was already a huge fan of their elegant designs and in 2012 she made waves on the Oscars red carpet, where she was nominated for Best Actress for her role in My Week with Marilyn, when she wore a burnt orange gown with a ruched bust and peplum detailing from the fashion house.
