Stella, 43, showed off her slender figure in an elegant black long-sleeved dress which she complemented with a pair of classic black stilettos.

The fashion designer opted for some bright coloured makeup to contrast her gown, rocking a shimmering pink eyeshadow and pale pink lipstick, completing her beauty look with some bold, long eyelashes.

Sir Paul McCartney was beaming as he walked the red carpet in a navy blue suit, holding hands with Nancy Shevell, his third wife. Nancy, 54, complemented her husband's outfit in a dark navy shift dress which featured satin detail, pairing her ensemble with some low heeled black shoes which featured silver embellishment.
The star-studded event saw celebrities including Drew Barrymore, Kate Upton and Yoko Ono stepping out to celebrate Stella's achievements.

Close friend and comedienne Chelsea Handler led the introduction to the evening with a speech that had the audience in fits of laughter, before Stella took to the stage to humbly accept her award, joined by proud father Sir Paul.
Ever since she launched her eponymous womenswear line, Stella's clean cut, printed and embellished clothes have caught the attention of some of the world's biggest style icons including the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne.
