Jessica Alba reveals diet secrets to HELLO!

Jessica Alba has one of the most enviable bodies in Hollywood. Now, the actress has opened up exclusively to HELLO! Fashion Monthly about the secrets behind her toned physique.

"Having some sort of balance and moderation is key," she tells us in our brand new June issue. "I eat really fresh food, don't eat anything processed or a lot of fried foods.

"You learn, if you indulge a lot, it's going to show up more, so you just have to be aware of that."

While Jessica revealed that she struggled with fad diets when she was younger – 'I used to do the 'body builder' diet, which is awful. Everything is steamed and it's just a handful of everything' – she now feels comfortable in her own skin, especially since giving birth to her two daughters Honour, six, and Haven, three.

"I don't care about it [weight] as much after having kids," she said. "I'm bigger than I was before and I'm totally fine with it. I embrace how I look in a different way. My idea of how I need to look has completely changed.

The beautiful actress, who is currently an ambassador for Braun, also opened up about what her daughters think of her style, her fashion regrets and how she works out to stay in shape – check out the interview in the latest issue of HELLO! Fashion Monthly, out now!
