Most designers spend months planning and creating their Fashion Week catwalk collections, but for Brit designer Katie Eary, the time frame was a lot tighter. Taking part in the KFC Ricebox 'Pack More Into Lunch' challenge, Katie had exactly 60 minutes to create the clothes, dress the models and get them into hair and make-up – and everything was caught on camera.

"I'm petrified. I'm absolutely petrified," she admitted ahead of the show. "As a fashion designer time is everything – every minute is precious."
Helped along the way with 40 people creating her designs, and 20 hair and make-up artists on hand to create the models' striking looks, Katie pulled off a successful show.
