The royal wedding is the day that has been marked in pretty much the entire world's calendars and there is no doubt about it, the wedding of the year did NOT disappoint. From the star-studded guest list - including theBeckhams and Oprah Winfrey - to Princess Charlotte poking out her tongue and those stunning flowers by Philippa Craddock – no detail was overlooked. Fashion fans everywhere rejoiced at Meghan's choice of wedding dress – she shocked the world and shunned hotly-tipped designers Ralph & Russo – instead going for iconic French powerhouse Givenchy, designed by Clare Waight Keller.

We couldn't help but be eagle-eyed when it comes to Meghan's accessories, particularly her shoes. The former Suits star opted for her favourite style of stamps - high heel stiletto shoes – which were specially made and based on the Givenchy refined pointed SS18 Haute Couture design, made of a silk duchess satin.

Bridal shoes for less - these stiletto shoes are £19.99 by Deichmann and look just like Meghan's.

The Duchess of Cambridge wore a lovely lemon coat dress by one of her favourite designers Alexander McQueen.

The wife of Prince William looked sensational just three weeks after giving birth – and her shoes did not disappoint. She wore the Jimmy Choo 'Romy' high heel pumps with a blooming gorgeous fascinator by Philip Treacy.

Kate's pregnant sister Pippa Middleton showed-off her pregnancy glow in a pastel Italian silk dress by British brand The Fold. She upped the style stakes even higher by also wearing Jimmy Choo high heels – the 'Lancer' strappy sandals which had a slightly more contemporary cross-over straps.

Princess Eugenie – who is warming up today, ahead of her own royal wedding on 12 October to long-term love Jack Brooksbank – wore a charming tweed design in the lightest of pastel blue. Funking up her classic yet 60s style frock, she carried a tan circle-handled clutch bag and wore a pair of metallic Valentino rock stud stilettos.

Everyone was talking about Princess Beatrice's outfit – she looked breath-taking in a heavily embellished gown made in a wonderfully striking teal colour by Roksanda. The Viola dress will set you back an eye-watering £12,000 if you wanted to take the plunge – it’s still available now. Her shoes were by Gianvito Rossi in classic nude.

Lady Kitty Spencer – the late Diana, Princess of Wales' niece – is a model for Italian brand Dolce & Gabbana having walked the runway at fashion week. The stunning cousin of Prince Harry wore a forest green dress with floral detail at the hem – and added contrasting high heel shoes in orange, also by the high end brand. The punchy heels gave a definite nod to the colour pop trend and ensured she stood out from the crowd.

One of the most memorable wedding guests has to be Amal Clooney – it was probably one of the first times that nobody was looking and husband George! The lawyer wore an incredible mustard dress by Stella McCartney, a disc shaped hat and a pair of gold Gianvito Rossi heels with tansparent inserts.

Victoria and David Beckham bright the glamour at the nuptials – David in a charcoal grey morning suit and VB herself wearing her own creation (of course) a slash front midi dress in navy from the upcoming Victoria Beckham Pre-SS19 RTW collection. She amped up her navy-toned outfit with a pair of bright red high heel shoes, also from her clothing line which added a bold contrast.
