David Gandy has admitted he plans to 'slowly fade' from modelling

"It's fourteen years now I have been doing it," he told the comedian, opening up about his modelling career. "Yes I will be fading, I don't do as much now."

The British model admitted that he won't leave the world of fashion completely, instead turning his attention to designing. He is no stranger to fashion design – he already has a successful range of underwear for high street giant Marks & Spencer, and is set to add sleepwear, cashmere and swimwear to his brand.

The handsome star, who is currently dating The Saturdays' Mollie King set pulses racing last year when he smouldered in the racy campaign, but he revealed that the next campaign may feature an unknown face.

"I have the designing side which I will continue and I think I will slowly fade from maybe modelling my own stuff to bringing in young British models to give them a chance like I had a chance at the end of the day," he said. "And to be honest there are so many good looking guys that deserve a chance. They are so talented."

Despite being idolised by many for his good looks, the heartthrob admitted that he still has insecurities.

"I would change my nose if I could. It is such a big nose and I realise that," he quipped. "I don't photoshop anything and things do get photoshopped too much. I say keep everything in. I think a man should be a man."
