Kim Kardashian has revealed she pleaded with robbers to "let me live" when she was held at gunpoint in Paris in October. The mum-of-two opened up to her sisters Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian about the ordeal in a new episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which will air in the US on Sunday.

In a preview of the upcoming episode, Kim got tearful as she discussed what had happened, telling her sisters: "They had the gun up to me and I knew they were just going to shoot me in the head. Then he ducktapes my face." Kim said she pleaded with the robbers, recalling: "Please I have a family. Let me live."

Kim also said the robbers demanded money from her, but she told them she didn't have any. Instead they made off with £4.5million of jewellery, including a 20-carat Lorraine Schwartz diamond ring which was gift from her husband Kanye West. "They dragged me out on to the hallway on top of the stairs. That's when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day," Kim recalled of her attack. "I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs."

The 36-year-old is also seen telling her siblings that she had to make a decision about whether she should try to escape. However she was terrified there would be "no way out" from the apartment. Kim said: "I was like; 'I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision.' Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? It makes me so upset to think about it."

Kim kept a low profile for months following the attack, but returned to the public eye in January. French authorities arrested 17 people in connection to the robbery that same month. One man who has been charged, identified as Omar A, or Omar the Old, is allegedly the mastermind behind the robbery, and it was his DNA found on adhesive tape used to tie up Kim.
