The Princess of Wales kicked off her week with an engagement close to her heart, visiting The Baby Bank in Windsor to hear about the crucial work the organisation carries out to support families in need.

Princess Kate, 41, looked immaculate for the poignant occasion, donning slick high-waisted cigarette trousers paired with a cream ribbed top. The mother-of-three layered with her much-loved double-breasted blazer from Reiss, slipping into a pair of practical but pretty ballet flats in keeping with her elegant sartorial flair.

Keeping accessories simple, the royal sported a pair of gold hoops, a delicate pendant necklace and her glittering sapphire and diamond engagement ring, which formerly belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Kate's glossy brunette mane was styled in her signature tumbling curls, framing her naturally pretty features as she wore a glowing foundation, a honey-hued blush and her signature fluffy brow look.

The royal chose to re-wear her iconic 'Aila Wool Linen Blazer' from Reiss, a power blazer she first wore back in September when visiting RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.

The £250 workwear has since sold out, but you can recreate the royal's unrivalled elegance with our edit of lookalikes below.

During her visit to The Baby Bank, the wife of Prince William met with volunteers and lent a hand in sorting donations and packing referrals.

As a doting mother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, the Princess has been a long-standing supporter of baby banks having visited many across the country.

In the summer of 2020, Kate also brought together nineteen British brands and retailers to donate over 10,000 new items to more than 40 baby banks nationwide, operated by Little Village, Baby Basics and AberNecessities.
