Despite the action on court Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal seemed to spend most of their time appreciating each other rather than the basketball when they attended an LA Lakers game on Sunday.
The couple - who started dating in April 2007 but are rarely seen out together - were unusually affectionate, kissing, holding hands and laughing throughout the match.
At one point 28-year-old Jake, who met mum-of-two Reese, 32, on the set of 2007 drama Rendition, had the blonde beauty in stitches after adopting a bizarre facial expression.
Other celebrity sports fans court-side included movie mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg and the team's most devoted famous fan, Jack Nicholson.
