August 24, 2014 - 16:28 BST hellomagazine.com Strictly Come Dancing 2014: Casualty and No Angels actress Sunetra Sarker has confirmed she will be taking part in the competition Sunetra Sarker, best known for playing Dr Zoe Hanna in BBC One medical drama Casualty, is the latest celebrity to confirm they're taking part in the new series of Strictly Come Dancing. The 41-year-old mother-of-one, who has also starred in shows including No Angels, Doctor Who and Brookside, has been announced as the seventh contestant vying for a chance to win the show's coveted glitter ball trophy. "I don't quite know what I've let myself in for," she said. "I'm in total denial! "But the chance to swap my stethoscope for sequins was just too tempting. I am very excited to be part of the Strictly team!" Liverpool-born Sunetra now joins Thom Evans, Mark Wright, Alison Hammond, Judy Murray, Frankie Bridge and Simon Webbe as the seventh contenstant for the highly anticipated new series of Strictly. The dancing show is due back on the small screen in the autumn.
