Made in Chelsea: meet the cast for series six

Spencer Matthews

Eton-educated Spencer has earned the reputation of being a bit of a ladies' man and a die-hard party fan. Lucy Watson was the last girl he dated on the show, and wooed her by whisking her off to Paris and speaking fluent French. Their romance was short-lived after Spencer cheated on her.

Before Lucy, Spencer cheated on his long-term girlfriend Louise Thompson who he had first started seeing on-off when the couple were 18.

"Louise and Spencer have been on and off for six or seven years," Jamie has said in the past, hinting at a possible get-together. "I still think there's something there."

Lucy Watson

Lucy wasn't the most popular girl when she started on the show, but the MIC crowd gradually warmed up to her and accepted her, sometimes brutal, honesty. Lucy has dated Andy Jordan and Alex Mytton on the show, but her most high-profile romance was with the macho Spencer Matthews.

When the Eton-educated boy cheated on her, Lucy broke up with Spencer and will no doubt be getting involved in more catfights with her arch nemesis Louise Thompson.

Andy Jordan

The brunette hunk first made his debut in an episode in the South of France, where he started talking to Louise Thompson. Andy made it quite clear from the start that he fancied his future girlfriend, even though she was in a relationship with Spencer Matthews.

The MIC star eventually got what he wanted towards the end of the series, after Louise and Spencer split up, but his relationship with the petite brunette wasn't all smooth-running.

Andy and Louise had a bit of a lovers' tiff when he found out she had spent the night with a mystery man — reported later to be One Direction's Niall Horan.

The lovebirds ended the series as a couple, but the new season will no doubt be filled with more drama.

Louise Thompson

As one of the original cast members, Louise has had an eventful story on the show. She has dated Francis Boulle but is most known for her long-term relationship with Spencer Matthews, who she endearingly called "pug".

After Spencer cheated on Louise with another girl in her bed, the pretty brunette then moved on to Andy Jordan, who has fancied her since the start of his time on the show.

Louise lives in South Kensington and has just graduated from Edinburgh University, so fans should expect to see more of her around in the capital.

Alexandra "Binky" Felstead

Party girl Binky is very much a country girl in the city, and is known for her love of drinking, horse riding and skiing. Binky's mum often makes an appearance on the show, giving Binky and her BFF Lucy Watson words of advice about Chelsea boys.

When Binky first started out on the show, she was very much inseparable from Ollie Locke and Cheska Hull. As soon as Lucy came on the scene, Binky befriended her fellow brunette beauty, claiming that people misunderstood the newbie and needed time to warm up to her.

Jamie Laing

One of the most colourful characters on the show, Jamie is known for his love of "pardying", joking around and generally loving life.

The platinum blonde star, who is known as the perpetually single one, shocked fans and cast members when he introduced his girlfriend Tara on the show.

Jamie has been known to flirt with Phoebe-Lettice Thompson though, and lying about kissing Lucy Watson in the hot tub on a skiing holiday.

Francis Boulle

The diamond mining heir, whose full name is Francis Maximilien Yvan Christophe Boulle, lives with Oliver Proudlock and Jamie Laing in their Parsons Green house.

Known as one of the more eccentric and individual characters on the show, Francis often comes out with witty one-liners and likes to skateboard, paint and scout for "culture chicas".

The red-haired star has previously been linked to Emma Watson and his co-star Sophia Sassoon.

Oliver Proudlock

Proudlock went to Eton where he befriended Spencer Matthews, and has known former cast member Hugo Taylor since he was 15.

The blonde artist and designer first joined the show in the second series as a former flame of Caggie Dunlop, who now models for his brand Serge DeNimes.

The MIC star likes to party hard, wear dangly cross earrings, and is often filmed working in his studio until Jamie comes in and disrupts his schedule.

Rosie Fortescue

One of the original cast members, Rosie has grown up in South West London all her life but spent her teenage years at Downe House Boarding School, where alumni include Kate Middleton and Miranda Hart.

Rosie is part of Chelsea's fashion pack and is often spotted taking her dog for a walk. While she isn't always involved in the drama in the later series, Rosie is quick to give her opinion on the scandals and love affairs of her friends around her.

Cheska Hull

As one of the original cast members on the show, Cheska started off as part of the close-knit trio with Ollie Locke and Binky, and lived with Ollie in their Battersea apartment.

Before the show, the blonde star did PR for nightspots like celeb hangout Jalouse, where she would look after guests like Leonardo Di Caprio and Mariah Carey.

Cheska likes to introduce her friends to new activities on the show, such as "doga" – yoga, with your dogs.

Mark-Francis Vandelli

Fashionista Mark-Francis is a supporting cast member, and often spotted hanging out with his sidekick Victoria Barker-Harber. The half-Italian star with the most posh accent out of all the cast members often comes out with hilarious one-liners, while pulling funny faces.

Some of his best quotes so far:

"There's nothing more depressing than going to a dinner party where there are no flowers. Doesn't it just kill you? I want to leave there and then."

"Unless you have a family tiara, you don't wear one."

Victoria Baker-Harber

Victoria is rarely seen without her sidekick on the show Mark-Francis Vandelli. The long-legged beauty often talks style and fashion with her co-star, and comments on her cast members' goings-on from the side.

The half British half Fijian star grew up in Chelsea and has a second home in the Bahamas, but also enjoys jetting off to New York and the South of France.

Victoria has got into a few catfights with former co-star Millie Mackintosh, and has previously said, "If I don't like someone, I can't be nice to them. I trust my instincts and they're always right."

Stevie Johnson

The most normal and nice of the Made in Chelsea lads, Stevie came onto the show at the start of the fifth series as a friend of Andy Jordan. Stevie is originally from South Africa but moved to London when he was little and knows Spencer from his school days.

The MIC star lives with Lucy Watson in their Parsons Green flat, and often has to put up with Lucy walking around their home in just her underwear.

Phoebe-Lettice Thompson

Phoebe started on the show in the fifth series, joined by her two friends, sisters Olivia and Fran Newman-Young. The petite blonde is often filmed flirting away with Jamie Laing, although she says it's all harmless fun.

Phoebe and Lucy Watson have gotten into fights over Lucy's romance with her first love, Alex Mytton, who she says she still cares about and doesn't want to see getting hurt.
 

Alex Mytton

Alex came onto the MIC scene as a guy in a bar, making eyes at Lucy Watson. The couple soon started dating, with some of the cast claiming Lucy just wanted to make Spencer Matthews jealous, but the romance didn't last long.

Alex was Phoebe-Lettice Thompson's first proper love and the pair have remained close on the show, watching each other's back and giving each other words of advice. Alex and Phoebe dated for three years and also went travelling together.

Fran Newman-Young

Joining in the fifth series, Fran made her debut as part of a trio with her sister Olivia and their friend Phoebe.

Fran was filmed going on a date with Andy, and sneaking in a kiss or two, before Andy finally got his hands on Louise.

Fran has also dated Ollie Locke, after Ollie and Ashley James broke up.
 

Belle, Tiffany, Freddie and Miffy

The new foursome are joining the show for the sixth series, and come with the promise of fresh drama and entertainment.

Belle and Tiffany are in their second year at university, studying politics at Newcastle and Bristol respectively, while the boys have just graduated from Newcastle.

The four friends are close — very close in fact — and have been known to flirt with each other on nights out. Belle and Freddie often get together on a night out, while Tiffany and Miffy are often spotted flirting.
