The sweethearts of the Nineties, Meg and Tom have starred in three films together – Joe vs. the Volcano, You've Got Mail, and perhaps their most famous, Sleepless in Seattle, in which they only shared two minutes of screen time together. Their chemistry helped viewers believe in online dating and falling in love at first sight – and luckily for fans of the pair, they may even be reuniting for a fourth time, as Meg is starring in coming-of-age novel, The Human Comedy, which is set to cameo Tom.

Humphrey Bogart and Lauren Bacall

This sizzling on-screen couple were also romantically involved in real life, and the pair's chemistry lit the box office on fire. They met on the set of To Have and Have Not in 1943, when Lauren was 19 and Humphrey 44. They wed in 1945 and had two children, and were together until Humphrey died in 1957. Their on-screen pairings, including The Big Sleep and Key Largo, remain some of Hollywood's most-loved films.

Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler

From their first big screen outing together in 1998's The Wedding Singer through to 2004's 50 First Dates and this year's Blended, Adam and Drew are two of Hollywood's brightest on-screen couples. Their blend of slapstick humour coupled with their close friendship means audiences love coming back for more. "We’ve known each other a long time... But I do love that girl, Drew. She’s a sweetheart, and she’s like family," Adam revealed in 2014.

Kate Winslet and Leonardo DiCaprio

Kate and Leo met on the set of the 1997 film Titanic, where they played doomed lovers Rose and Jack. In real life, these two are the best of friends, and as well as the multi-billion pound epic Titanic, they have also starred in the 2007 marriage-drama Revolutionary Road. Of their relationship Leo has said: "We laugh at the same things. She never lets me take myself seriously, even if I wanted to. We have a special magic." Leo even gave Kate away at her recent wedding to Ned Rocknroll.
