After weeks of rumours and speculation, the line-up for the 2016 series of I'm A Celebrity has been revealed. According to the Sun, stars including Carol Vorderman, former Strictly dancer Ola Jordan and Gogglebox's Scarlett Moffatt are among those heading Down Under to take part in the jungle competition.

Former radio host and model Lisa Snowdon, Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas and Jordan Banjo, a member of the Britain's Got Talent dance troupe Diversity, also made the cut, as did Olympic hockey player Sam Quek.

Carol Vorderman will be heading Down Under to take part in the 2016 series of I'm A Celeb

Radio presenter Danny Baker is taking part as reportedly the "most expensive campmate ever" having signed a "six-figure deal" just weeks after beating cancer.

Completing the line-up are EastEnders star Larry Lamb, footballer Wayne Bridge – husband of Saturdays singer Frankie Bridge - Homes under the Hammer's Martin Roberts and comedian Joel Dommett.

The 12 celebrities will take part in a series of challenges over a number of weeks in the hopes of being crowned 'King' or 'Queen' of the jungle. The show will return for its 16th series on 13 November, hosted by popular TV duo Ant and Dec.

ITV have yet to officially confirm the line-up – but in the past, reports revealing the stars taking part have often proved to be correct.

Indeed, 44-year-old Lisa Snowdon confirmed her participation when she was photographed arriving at Brisbane Airport on Sunday, flashing a big smile for photographers ahead of her appearance on the reality show.

Olympian Sam Quek, 28, also landed in Australia at the weekend – just hours after comedian Joel Dommett, 30, jetted in to the Queensland capital.

He admitted he was looking forward to seeing his rumoured campmate Carol Vorderman. "I'm single, but I don't know if I'm ready to mingle," he told the Sun. "I like maths. I like to show my working out. I think she would appreciate that!"
