Flights. especially those of the long-haul variety, can leave you dehydrated, tired and a little worse for wear by the time you reach your destination. But there are beauty tricks that can leave you fresh-faced and fabulous as you step off the place. "To avoid the ffects of low humidity and retain moisture, it's best to take the necessary precautions. While some stylng products are a definite no when flying, a good tricky is to take a small intense moisturiser for the skin and an oil or serum for your hair."2. Luminate your skin"Avoid using a foundation while flying as these can end up drying out your skin," says the beauty expert. "However, if you need a little pick-me-up, try a tinted moisturiser – this will give you a bit of colour while keeping you hydrated."Then, for an added touch, apply concealer under the eyes to give a refreshed look."3. Add a pop of colour"Tiredness and dehydration can lead to your skin looking a little washed out," says Samantha. " To help avoid this, pack a bronzer in your hand luggage and use before stepping off the plane. You can also add a pop of colour to your lips for a glam finish."4. Widen your eyes

A lot of us struggle to sleep on the plane, so Samantha recommends faking those eight hours. "Try Boots Pharmaceuticals Tired Eyes Eye Drops (£3.10) – this gives dry or tired eyes a gentle refreshment and soothes at the same time," she says.
