Feeling stressed out? You're not alone. Sanctuary Spa have commissioned research that shows four in 10 women are on the verge of burnout, six out of 10 women believe they don’t have enough time for themselves whilst four out of five women say they put too much pressure on themselves to be perfect, despite completing an average of 26 tasks a day.

According to Life Strategist Jenni Trent Hughes, this is part of ‘The Cult of Never Good Enough’ – a trend for over-achieving and under-believing.

"Ladies are the champions of balancing busy," says Jenni. "Celebrate this and take some 'you' time". Challenging the perception that success equates to busyness, Sanctuary Spa are telling us to #LETGO and take a step back.

- Turn off your phone, tablet, laptop and any other electronic device for 30 minutes a day.

- Take your commute home as ‘you’ time. Don’t plan your next working day or meeting. Meditate, read a book or research a holiday.

- Climb into the bath for a long soak and pop a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door.
