The celebs came out to help their favourite photographer launch the Richard Young Red Carpet Hair Exhibition at his new gallery in Kensington, with Natasha Hamilton, Tamara Beckwith, Gary Kemp and Karim Al-Fayed all partying beneath Richard's famous images of glamour and glitz.
In association with Schwarzkopf Gliss, the exhibition featured huge close-ups of Gwen Stefani, Victoria Beckham, Kylie and Scarlett Johansson and was also attended by Gliss style consultant Jonathan Long who gave us his advice for creating showstopping style this summer.
"'Going out' hair – French twists or chignons – will be popular, but loose and slightly messy, as if you haven't spent hours in the salon," Says Jonathan. "You need shine, which can be difficult when hair is mussed up because it's not so light reflective. So I cheat with a touch of Gliss Shine Tonic, £2.09. It's formulated with a balanced Active Complex to protect hair from drying out, which is handy in hot weather."
Gliss is available from Superdrug, Sainsbury's, Morrisons and selected Boots. And you can get your chance to win a showstopping summer style with Jonathan at his salon frequented by celebs including Victoria Beckham, as well as a limited edition red-carpet hair accessory with our great gift this month – just click on the link to the left.
