90s curls are back! Emmy Rossum and the stars embracing their natural waves

Is it just us or is 2018 having a major 90s moment? The Spice Girls are reforming, Topshop is selling scrunchies and now curls are making a comeback. Phew, we can ditch the straighteners for a while. Emmy Rossum is the latest star to embrace her natural curls and she looks absolutely stunning. The actress has posted several photos of her curly hairstyle on her Instagram page, receiving such a positive response from her fans.

In one snap, Emmy wrote: "Every day is another journey with this hair." One follower commented: "I cannot believe how curly your hair is!!! I love it!" Another said: "Wish more natural curlies in the public eye would embrace their curls!"

Well good news: more and more star ladies seem to be enjoying a 90s flashback and showing off their curls. From Rita Ora's corkscrew hairstyle on stage at The Brits to Rochelle Humes going au naturel on her Instagram page, the fun low-maintenance style is a big look this year. Of course, the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker and Nicole Kidman have been embracing their curls for years but this new, er, wave, of curls has a distinctive old-school perm feel about it. We love!
