"In the morning I combine spinach, spirulina, blueberries and a pear for sweetness with a scoop of protein powder and water to make a filling, vitamin-enhanced liquid breakfast. Lunch and dinner comprise soup made from celery, spinach, broccoli, asparagus, cabbage and any other greens I find in the fridge. After a week, sweet potato or brown rice are added to lunch and sardines or grilled fish to dinner. I don't stick to (the diet) rigidly. There are plenty of days when I'm out socialising. But it does give me a kick-start. And the celery acts as a mild diuretic to help me get rid of any water my body's hanging on to. I don't like the gym itself so I do classes instead – a different one each time to stop me getting bored. One day it'll be Pilates or yoga, another will be dance, then step. If I miss a class, I make myself do a gym session instead, but I have to bring a magazine on to the cross-trainer to keep me distracted."
