Kate Hudson shared a photo from her exercise routine

Kate revealed that she had been inspired by women wearing her Fabletics fitness range, with many often sharing photos on social media of their progress.

"So many of our @fabletics girls have inspired me to set new goals!" Kate captioned the candid snap of herself at the gym. "So one of mine is to get my squared hip splits back in form.... Almost there! Ouch! #OneDayAtATime #MondayWorkout #Pilates #fabletics @nicolestuartla."

It's not the first time that Kate has revealed her secrets behind her slender physique. The star opened up about her healthy lifestyle earlier this year, admitting she didn't have a specific trick to stay in shape.

"You have to eat right," she told Us Weekly. "Everybody wants some sort of secret and there just isn't, it's just you have to work out."

Kate repeatedly wows on the red carpet with her toned figure and high fashion style

"I wouldn't say [I work out] a lot, just consistently," she added. "People think for some reason you have to work out for two and a half hours, but it can be a little. It can be 20 minutes, it could be 40 minutes, but you have to get it in."

However, the Bride Wars star was quick to admit that she still indulges occasionally, and loves to eat a "real double double burger, fries and Coke".

The blonde beauty also revealed that she believes it's a lack of consistency which stops people seeing results in their diet and exercise routines.

"You can't do like two weeks and go like two days and then take a week off and then do three days and then go, 'Why aren't I [seeing results?] I don't get it'," she said. "You know, you just got to do it – sad, like anything else in life!"
