Davina Mccall, 48, had jaws dropping to the floor when she shared a series of snaps on Instagram during an idyllic holiday, in which she showed off her toned figure. The TV presenter made the most of some rare downtime amidst her hectic schedule, giving fans a glimpse of her diet and fitness routine in the process.

The British beauty, who is currently filming Life at the Extreme, wowed as she shared a snap while sunbathing, giving her followers a glimpse of her toned stomach and legs. She may have been relaxing, but Davina admitted she's finished a gruelling workout just a few hours before.

"Did ultimate fitness today with my eldest and am now having a well deserved lie down!!!" #nofilter," she captioned the striking photo.

Davina also gave us all major fitness inspiration when she hit the gym later during the trip, and posted an after-workout selfie in which she proudly showed off her abs by lifting her T-shirt.

Davina gave her fans a glimpse at her exercise routine

Although the star made time during her sunny getaway to workout, she revealed in another snap that she was recently forced to take a break from her routine after she suffered from a bout of "lurgy" – and when she did recover, she celebrated by indulging in sugary treats over Easter.

Davina also shared some of her diet secrets, giving fans a sneak peek at what she eats for breakfast and lunch to complement her exercising. The Celebrity Big Brother presenter revealed that she starts the day eating porridge with milk and banana, and later eating a "crunchy veg" and avocado salad.

"I also had a bit of whole grain bread with a dippy dippy into extra virgin olive oil and balsamic!" she wrote alongside a snap of the mouth-watering meal.
