Julia Bradbury is looking better than ever. The former Countryfile presenter welcomed her twin daughters two years ago, and her son in 2011, but she's still managed to maintain her incredible physique. In a new interview with Fit & Well magazine, Julia credits her toned abs and legs to… pole dancing! The 46-year-old has even installed a pole in the West London home she shares with her partner Gerard Cunningham.

"My tummy's changed. I'm getting older, too, so it's important to take stock," said Julia of her fitness regime. After giving birth to her twins Xanthe and Zena, Julia took six months off and then went back to work to film Best Walks with a View with Julia Bradbury. Her busy schedule meant covering miles each day – another factor that helped her regain her pre-pregnancy body.

"I was filming six different locations over seven weeks and I walked off my baby weight," said Julia. "You're working hard on those shoots, on your feet for ten hours a day and covering miles. I think on one day we did about 25,000 steps." She added of her maternity leave: "I would have liked longer off, but it was already being planned out."

Julia also uses a tracker each day to ensure she hits at least 10,000 steps. She added: "The other night it was about 11pm and I'd done 9,800 steps, so I ran up and down the stairs to get something, just so I'd hear the 'ding' to tell me I'd done my 10,000!"

Julia has three children, including twin daughters

The popular TV host often shares photos of her children on social media. She proudly introduced her daughters to HELLO! magazine in April, when the girls were just a few weeks old. "It's my dream come true and I feel incredibly lucky," said Julia, who went through five rounds of IVF. "I still pinch myself and think, 'I'm a mother of three.' All the effort, everything we went through as a family, is more than worth it."

Back in 2011, Julia and Gerard also introduced their "miracle" son Zephyrus to the magazine. "We've both waited so long for this," she said. The star, who feared that endometriosis would leave her infertile, added: "Because I didn't think it was possible to have children, I feel incredibly blessed."
