With her perfectly made-up face, we wondered if she'd used the skills of a professional before she took her seat at Giles Deacon's show because the colours and finish were faultless.
She was wearing a creamy, matte foundation - we still haven't found anything to beat Christian Dior's Capture Totale High Definition Serum Foundation, £54 - with a layer of powder over the top and just a hint of blush to give a healthy colour, rather than to sculpt the cheekbones.
It made a perfect retro touch to set off her bang-on-trend lip colour - a 1940s red as also seen on Elizabeth and Georgia Jagger at Jaeger's show. You'll find one to suit you among Bourjois' new collection of reds, So Rouge. Choose between Dress Code, a browny red; Fashion, a true, orangey red; and Trendy, a slightly pink-toned red. All are £7.50 each.
The thick, perfectly groomed brows, which have definitely been threaded, set off her eye colour beautifully. Fill yours in with an eyebrow pencil or even a touch of brown eyeshadow to frame your eyes and bring out the colour. Finish with just a hint of brown eyeliner and a thick black mascara.
So Rouge is available from www.asos.com now and from Superdrug and Boots from October.
