Khloé Kardashian has shared her gym beauty secrets

"Honestly, I barely wear make-up for the gym," she admitted, before explaining that it is when she films her workout videos that she uses a few products.

She continued: "When I film my Khlo/FIT segments, I'll spot treat with concealer – I want to look good for you guys!!! But my normal gym routine is just mascara and brows."

Often rocking dramatically long eyelashes, Khloé revealed that she always has a hint of mascara to give her a confidence boost, but confessed she tried to stick to certain products in order to avoid damaging her lashes.

Khloé revealed a good post-workout skincare routine is key to a radiant complexion

"Because I have blonde lashes and eyebrows, I just feel naked if I don't have anything on!" she said. "I use regular mascara because waterproof is super hard to get off and I want to keep my lashes healthy."

The reality TV star also explained why she often is spotted wearing large sunglasses when heading to training sessions. "Since my face is mostly bare, I ALWAYS make sure I have big sunglasses on when I'm going to or from the gym," she said, adding that it is simply because she doesn't have any make-up on.

When it comes to her complexion, Khloé revealed she focuses on rejuvenating her skin after any workout, to keep it looking as healthy as ever. "I have a solid skincare routine for after the gym, to keep my pores from getting clogged," she confessed. "I wash my face with Kiehl's Blue Herbal Gel Cleanser, and then use Christie Kidd's Fresh Pads (kind of like Stridex pads). If I don't have those pads with me, I make sure to exfoliate with a terry cloth towel and hot water. Exfoliating post-workout is key."
