There's another Kardashian baby in the world. Congratulations to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West who now have a baby boy. Their son arrived on 5 December, with Kim announcing her big news on her app KimKardashian.com, alongside a photo of the couple holding hands. "Mother and baby are doing well," said a statement on the site.

They haven't yet revealed Baby West's name but Kim previously said he wouldn't have a directional name like their daughter North West. She said she liked the sound of Easton, but her husband wasn't so keen.

The social media queen surprised fans when she gave birth two and a half weeks before the festive holiday. She was believed to be due on Christmas Day.

Kim has had quite an eventful pregnancy, revealing that the baby was breech which is not an ideal position for childbirth. The queen of reality TV checked in to hospital around Thanksgiving to have him turned around in a painful manual procedure by doctors. Kim also caught a sinus infection and flu in her last trimester.

As expected, the brunette beauty gave birth at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, the same hospital where she gave birth to little Nori. The medical centre is a favourite with fellow A-listers including Jessica Simpson, Christina Aguilera and Mila Kunis.
